  Laundry room appliances are filthy.
  When the machines eat your money, management will not refund money.
  Grounds keepers blow debris into tenants front door stoop. Trees are not trimmed.
  Management is not dependable to deal with property issues.
  Management is not reliable to get rent receipts back to tenants in a timely manner.
  My Mother is and tenant and she feels issues brought to management on site and at corporate levels are ignored.
  I don't understand why elders that live on property and pay rent are ignored.
