  When I set up the appointment the guy told me to be there at 9am (30min earlier than his normal hours) and it would take about 4hrs . Since I didn't want to waste an entire day of PTO, I also set up appointments to take care of other things after 2pm.
  I drove 1 hour to Ukiah, and sat there for 45mim waiting on him. When he does finally arrive, he's got to clean out his shop to even get a car in there. While waiting, another guy shows up and wanted just 2 of his windows tinted. This digenerate actually told me he was going to do the other guys car first. After telling him I've got a schedule to stick to, he suggests coming back another time. Perhaps his parents can help him with his business and wake him up in the morning.
