  The owner of this business and I negotiated for a job to be done. The owner then moved the date to the next day which was fine. Then on the day that the job was to occur I called and left a message for the owner to confirm he was coming. My wife and I got up at 5 AM to remove ALL the furnishings from our home. The owner then called to say he was on his way. Thirty minutes later he called to say he could not make it because his "commercial insurance " had expired.
  We drove 2.5 hours round trip to rent one in Fort Bragg. Our carpets are clean, we saved $500 and we now know this owner is a flake. Buyer beware!
