  We have pulled our family from this clinic and won't go back. We have had repeated problems with this clinic. First, they consistently fail to bill our insurance effectively, thus we end up with bills over a thousand dollars just for taking our kids in for required school vaccinations!
  
  Second, Cynthia Mockel, a Nurse Practitioner, was completely rude and inappropriate with our--at the time--11 year old daughter. She pulled up her shirt and looked down her pants without permission, explanation or warning and talked about her developing body like she wasn't there. Then she told our nanny misinformation about the need for a car seat, and in such a way that it came out as a threat. She also asked a series of personal questions in an aggressive way towards our daughter, then argued with her when she called her dad her dad, even though he's not her biological father. It was awful. We filed a formal complaint and after months of not hearing anything we followed up and they had "lost" it so nothing was done.
  
  Following that, our other teenagers were brought in for a follow up round of vaccinations for school. We were all very clear that they were only to have the school required vaccines. We had already explicitly said no to the HPV vaccine to another doctor, which I assumed was in our file, as I was very firm about it. A few weeks later I got the bill, and I was billed for the HPV shot for both our teens. They gave my kids vaccines I had explicitly said I didn't want.
  
  I am furious about all of this. Some of the practitioners there should not be practicing medicine or working with patients.
